Acknowledgments

In order to acknowledge all those who’ve helped me write this book, I’d have to go back in time to when I began working as a child actor, aged 10. Since then, I’ve worked as an actor, a director and as a producer with a great number of professionals to whom I owe a debt of gratitude. That gratitude must also include all those whose assistance was acknowledged in the writing of these past four editions.
