Abstract
The chapter begins by introducing IRPA and explaining how it differs from traditional automation methods. It then goes on to discuss the benefits of using IRPA in car manufacturing, including increased productivity and efficiency. The Indian automotive industry is renovating its manufacturing facilities with advanced designs to improve flexibility, production speed, and overcome challenges. The objectives of these modifications are to maximize hardware productivity, enhance supply chain efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction. The incorporation of new factory concepts and models into IT systems around the world is referred to as a connected facility. Companies in the manufacturing sector have realized that productivity can be significantly enhanced by robots and other AI technologies. As automation continues to grow at an exponential rate, manufacturers are re-evaluating their production and improvement strategies. Robots have proved useful in factories worldwide, assisting with precise machining, assembling, and material handling. The utilization of robotics and artificial intelligence is increasingly prevalent in vehicle manufacturing. These disruptive technologies have simplified operations in many industrial firms by saving time and money, thereby enhancing efficiency and production. ...
