Writing something that people are willing to spend their time reading, and something worthy of spending their money on, isn’t a solo endeavor. As a matter of fact, beyond the close group of people who were directly involved in this book, many others unknowingly contributed in one way or another. For example, my friend Michael Garriss had no idea what the consequences of his actions would be when he sweet-talked me into learning Ruby.
