I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
2. El plan de empresa no tiene sexo
La primera vez que tuve una conversación sobre mujeres emprendedoras mi interlocutora, en aquel momento la voz de la experiencia para mi, me dijo: el plan de empresa no tiene sexo... La frase zanjaba una discusión abierta sobre la necesidad de realizar un trabajo distinto de apoyo a la iniciativa emprendedora para mujeres y para hombres. El asunto estaba claro: un documento en el que se describe y analiza la viabilidad de una actividad de negocio no está condicionado por el sexo de quien lo escribe. O es viable, o no lo es.
Por sexo la Real Academia Española entiende la condición orgánica, masculina o femenina, de los animales y las plantas, es decir, nada de documentos escritos sexuados; bien.
