So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

14.1 INTRODUCTION
The power generated is usually three-phase 50 Hz and 11 kV. The generated voltage is stepped up to 220 kV or 400 kV by means of step-up transformers. Then by means of three-phase transmission systems, the generated power is distributed to the various consumption points.
