When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Author
Dr. Robert Rodriguez is the president of DRR Advisors LLC (www.drradvisors.com), a diversity consulting firm based in Chicago, IL. He is considered one of the nation's leading experts on employee resource groups and has worked with over 300 companies helping to elevate their ERG initiatives. He also has deep subject matter expertise in the area of Latino talent management.
Dr. Rodriguez is the creator of the 4C ModelTM, the most widely used ERG strategic framework in corporate America, as well the 4C ERG AssessmentTM, the only ERG diagnostic instrument on the market.
He holds a doctorate in Organization Development and previously held leadership roles at Target, 3M, BP Amoco and The Washington Post.
His previous two books include, “Latino Talent: Effective Strategies to Recruit, Retain & Develop Hispanic Professionals” (Wiley, 2008) and “Auténtico: The Definitive Guide to Latino Career Success, 2nd Edition” (Berrett‐Koehler, 2021) co‐written with Andrés Tapia.
