Abstract

This chapter’s objective is to provide a formal process for the augmentation of existing neighborhoods to Energy Positive Neighborhoods (EPNs). A process that considers all major aspects of domain technology, what is termed Operational Technology (OT), and Information Technology (IT) or Information Communication Technology (ICT) involved in energy management at multiple levels.
