Email and QR (Quick Response) codes are both ubiquitous, and projects with the ESP32 microcontroller incorporate both technologies. Transmitting information or images by email with the ESP32 microcontroller and generating a QR code instructing an ESP32 microcontroller to control a device are described in this chapter.
