So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In general sense, a lever is the term used to refer to anything used to move something up, and leverage is therefore the advantage gained from the operation of a lever. This term is also used in corporate finance with a somewhat similar connotation.
