So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In a previous chapter, I said that planning answers the questions, “What must be done?,” “How long will it take?,” and “How much will it cost?” Planning the what is vital; projects frequently fail because a significant part of the work is forgotten.
