This study offers a comprehensive examination of the difficulties and suggests novel frameworks to guarantee that generative AI technologies in fintech conform to both legal requirements and ethical standards. The text commences by clarifying the function of generative AI in banking, emphasizing its possible effects and advantages. The study primarily focuses on identifying the regulatory obstacles that are unique to AI in the field of finance. This involves doing a comprehensive examination of existing laws and regulations worldwide and is further supported by relevant case studies.
