Abstract
The banking sector in India has witnessed a significant transformation driven by the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) systems. This research paper explores the foundational components, including the framework and interface that underpin AI implementations in Indian banking. Examining data management, machine learning models, natural language processing, and security, we shed light on the key elements shaping the industry’s evolution. Furthermore, this paper delves into the design of user-friendly interfaces, personalization, and the impact of AI on customer experiences, with a focus on chatbots and data visualization. Regulatory considerations and ethical concerns are also addressed in the context of India’s banking sector. To illustrate practical applications, case studies of prominent banks such as HDFC, ICICI, and the State Bank of India are presented.
