So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Congratulations! You have just taken a huge step in your board journey. By reading this book (and completing the worksheets in the appendixes) you have invested in your future as a director.
So, what now?
I tried my best to put as much information as possible in this book, but it is still essentially a beginner’s guide. And, of course, everyone’s board journey is unique, just as every person is unique. Appendix C has a list of organizations that can assist you in taking the next steps or share other resources.
