Designing a web page that works well in all the main browsers requires a combination of inspiration and technical knowhow. It's impossible in a book of this nature to cover every type of page layout, but there are some basic principles that should help guide you. Once you have mastered the technical details of margins, borders, padding, and CSS positioning, you can begin to let your creative juices flow.
