One of the advantages of using a platform
like the Raspberry Pi for DIY technology
projects is that it supports a wide range of
peripheral devices. Not only can you hook
up a keyboard and mouse, you can also con-
nect accessories like printers, W-iFi adapt-
ers (at least on the first two generations
of Raspberry Pi—the Model 3 and 4 have
their own built-in), thumb drives, additional
memory cards, cameras, and hard drives.
