So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Beyond GQL
You have nearly covered all the features outlined in the GQL standard. As the second database query language standard since SQL’s debut in 1987, GQL addresses the challenges posed by various graph database languages. It introduces innovative and comprehensive syntax for ease of use, enhancing both functionality and user experience. Although many useful ideas did not make it into the initial version, there is plenty of room for future enhancements in a GQL sequel.
As mentioned in Chapter 10, Conformance to the GQL standard, GQL allows implementers to tailor their support of some features based on product characteristics.
