So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie einen kurzer Überblick über die mit Git mitgelieferten Tools gitk und git gui. gitk ist ein Revisionsbrowser, mit dem Sie die Revisionshistory eines Projektes erkunden können. git gui ist hingegen ein grafisches Frontend zu den Konsolenbefehlen. Beide Oberflächen sind einfach und intuitiv gestaltet, sodass es keiner größeren Einführung bedarf.
Ferner enthält Git einen webbasierten Repository-Browser, wie man ihn von anderen Repository-Frontends, beispielsweise Trac, kennt: Instaweb.
