I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Managing Packages
In the preface, we mentioned that this book is for readers who are looking for tools in the area of data science. For the researchers or practitioners working in the area of data science, there are several important issues. First, they need to understand their raw data, such as its purpose, structure, how reliable and complex it is, and how it is collected. Second, researchers and practitioners should have a good method of processing that data. In other words, they should master at least one computer language, such as R, Python, or Julia. After learning a language's basics, they should turn to some related packages, since understanding these packages might determine how far they can go in the area of data science. In this ...
