So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Benutzer der Support-Website von AwesomeCo müssen zunächst ein Konto erstellen. Eines der größten Probleme bei der Registrierung ist, dass Benutzer immer wieder versuchen, unsichere Kennwörter zu wählen. Wir werden unsere Benutzer mit Platzhaltertext an die Hand nehmen und ihnen mitteilen, welche Anforderungen wir an Kennwörter haben. Der Konsistenz halber werden wir auch die anderen Felder mit Platzhaltertexten versehen.
