Author Biography

John Kulas received his PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University. He currently serves as Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Montclair State University. His research has tended to focus on issues of measurement in Psychological assessment. In his spare time, he likes to hunt (and eat!) wild mushrooms.

Renata Garcia Prieto Palacios Roji is completing her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University. She currently works as a Talent and Culture Analyst for Lockton Companies, and as Dr. Kulas' Graduate Research Assistant conducting research on work–life balance and telework among other topics. She is a llama lover and in her spare time, she likes to bake, read, and watch scary movies.

Adam Smith completed his PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Auburn University. He is an associate consultant at Kincentric, specializing in leadership assessment and development. Adam also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Wentworth Institute of Technology and an instructor at Harvard University, teaching courses on statistics and I/O psychology. On the weekends, he enjoys playing violin and taking trips up the New England coast.
