So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Migration approach: Data set FlashCopy can be invoked from DFSMSdss.
The backup in step 1 is done through COPY DATASET command with the
FASTREPLICATION(PREFERRED) keyword. This indicates that FlashCopy is desired, but to go
ahead and perform the copy the traditional way if for any reason the copy is not eligible at that
time for this process.
To minimize impact to the application, steps 3, 5, and 7 request COPY with
FASTREPLICATION(REQUIRED), which indicates that the FlashCopy function is required, and to
