I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), a nonprofit established in 1967, is a coalition of distinguished leaders and public management experts providing independent and qualified advice and solutions to government on current and future challenges. Its 550 fellows, who are outstanding public servants or scholars, lead the academy’s research and other activities. About one-third of the fellows, or 165, responded to our survey between November 2007 and March 2008 on the government’s ability to execute.
