I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Policy Execution Survey Results, Canada
In partnership with Canadian Government Executive magazine, a survey of 124 senior Canadian public sector leaders at the federal and provincial levels was conducted in Canada between July and August of 2008 to gauge their assessment of government’s ability to execute on big initiatives.
The survey respondents were younger relative to the respondents from the United States: only 63 percent were over forty compared to 98 percent of U.S. respondents. Drawn from fourteen government sectors, all had at least ten years of experience in the public sector. The Canadian responses turned out to be somewhat more optimistic than those from the United States, though the broad trends remain the same.
