So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In a perfect world, your database application is well designed; the hardware configuration that it is running on meets or exceeds the demands of the workload; you have full control on the environment; applications and users interact with SQL Server using well-formed Transact-SQL queries and don’t make mistakes.
