I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Pawe l Czarnul is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Archi-
tecture, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, Gdansk
University of Technology, Poland. He obtained his MSc and PhD degrees from
Gdansk University of Technology in 1999 and 2003 respectively. He spent
2001-2002 at the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department
of University of Michigan, U.S.A. working on code parallelization using dy-
namic repartitioning techniques. He is the author of over 65 publications in
the area of parallel and distributed computing, including journals such as In-
