Connecting to the internet

Now, we will connect our Raspberry Pi to the Wi-Fi network:

1. In the top-right corner of the GUI, there is a network symbol; click on that.
2. It will show you all the available Wi-Fi networks. You can select the one you want to connect to by providing the password.

3. Now you are good to connect your Pi to the outside world through the internet:

4. To verify the internet connectivity, you can try to open any web page or run the ifconfig command from the Terminal/Command Prompt, as shown in the following screenshot:
