I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Construction Iteration C10
This is the last Construction iteration before Transition, and everything is running smoothly within the team.
The focus of this iteration is to implement the high-priority stories that were identified during the previous iteration, and to harden the solution. During Iteration C9, Tara shifted her focus from helping the team with unit testing and automated acceptance testing to testing in BigBank's preproduction environment. Tara wanted access to this environment much earlier, but BigBank has limited resources for this sort of testing.
