Sharon and her team conducted cloud adoption interviews with C-suite executives as well as business and IT leaders at Distributors, Inc., to further understand their business objectives and requirements. Findings revealed the desire for cloud-sourcing was driven by the lack of in-house resources to deliver products and services to market when needed. Issues pertaining to business and IT performance levels were shared, and high frustration levels were evident among some of the interviewees.
