I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
3 Die Controlling-Methoden
Der IT-Controller ist Spezialist für Steuerungssysteme in der IT. Daher muss er Verfahren, Methoden und Werkzeuge kennen und anwenden können. In der Praxis gibt es nach wie vor erhebliche Defizite (vgl. [Gadatsch/Juszczak/Kütz 2005]): Altbekannte Methoden aus der Betriebswirtschaftslehre werden im Bereich der IT oftmals nicht angewandt und sind, wie Erfahrungen aus der Beratungsarbeit zeigen, vielen Verantwortlichen nicht einmal bekannt. Zwar hat sich die Situation in den zurückliegenden Jahren gebessert, aber zufriedenstellend ist sie noch lange nicht. In diesem Kapitel wird der »Werkzeugkasten« des IT-Controllers vorgestellt. Natürlich ist Vollständigkeit nicht möglich, aber ein repräsentativer Überblick ist angestrebt. ...
