Problems with polyglot

Polyglot programming is not only all about advantages. Before jumping into this direction, developers have to consider a lot of things.

Using another language for the application needs knowledge. Finding people who can code in the languages that are used is eventually more difficult than finding developers who only know Java. (This is also true if the kernel application language is not Java.) Different languages require different mindsets and, often, different people.
