So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

So I've come up with my own, highly irresponsible, sloppy test to rate the quality of a software team. The great part about it is that it takes about three minutes. With all the time you save, you can go to medical school.
