Before closing this chapter, let's take a look at using a NoSQL backend for persisting and retrieving our data. Don't worry, we'll extensively cover interaction with relational databases in the upcoming chapters too.
In order to follow through this chapter, you'll need a working MongoDB installation. You can download and install the correct version for your operating system from the official website, at https://www.mongodb.com/download-center?jmp=nav#community. I will use a Docker image which I installed and started up through Docker's Kitematic (available for download at https://github.com/docker/kitematic/releases).
