I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Kapitel 7: Fazit und Ausblick
Hier ins Detail gehen zu wollen, wäre wohl mehr ein Blick in die Glaskugel oder ein Science-Fiction-Roman. Vieles ist aktuell ungewiss, und das Management dieser Ungewissheit braucht Führung.
7.1 Zusammenfassung der wichtigsten Erkenntnisse
Ich versuche zunächst, die wichtigsten Erkenntnisse in einige Stichpunkte zu fassen:
KI und Robotik werden in allen Unternehmen Einzug finden, und das in den nächsten zehn Jahren.
KI verändert das Arbeiten und das Führen in Unternehmen. Kulturentwicklung und Change werden zur neuen Kernkompetenz von Führungskräften.
Wir stehen am Anfang einer Transformationswelle von Unternehmen und Gesellschaft. Diese Transformation muss gesteuert werden.
