When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
ETHICAL STRATEGIES
Given all these biases and problems, what can leaders do to improve their ethical decision making? Typically, organizations create and adopt rules, principles, and ethical codes of conduct that their members must abide by to ensure ethical behavior. These guidelines can become part of an ethical foundation for members of an organization and are often used in training members to be more ethical.
There are also a host of popular books on the market that discuss a number of additional rules and principles to consider when faced with an ethical dilemma. Reviewing this literature, it appears that there is no shortage of opinions about the rules or principles leaders should adhere to when making ethical decisions.
