So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

If you are like most businesspeople in the United States, you are on many teams, sometimes as the leader. So you probably think you have a pretty good understanding of what makes them tick. Following are seven commonly held beliefs about teams. Which ones do you think are true and which false?
