When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Team members and outside observers typically agree about how the team is doing. Looking across the 107 teams for which we obtained both member ratings of the team's performance and outside observer ratings, the correlation between member and observer mean ratings was .70. On a scale ranging from −1 to +1, such a correlation is very high. Although members may or may not be aware of the specific perceptions of key outside observers, members and outside observers tend to agree on overall team performance.
Nonetheless, we have come across a few teams who were surprised, some even shocked, by how they were viewed by outside observers. ...
