So all the beliefs cited here are false. According to data collected so far, they are myths. Although some writers have predicted that teams will go out of fashion, just as T-groups and quality circles did in the past, this may well be another myth. There are at least two powerful reasons why teams are likely to survive (and why we need to continue studying them).
