JavaScript has an Atomics object, which provides us with exactly the functionality we discussed previously. However, it is quite limited, in the sense that you can only do addition, subtraction, bitwise AND, bitwise OR, bitwise XOR, and storing.
Other features can be built on top of these, and, in future, there will be libraries providing that. For now, let's learn about the natively available methods.
