It’s hard to believe that only a few years ago we spent much of our Mac time deleting or archiving unneeded or old files because we were in constant danger of running out of room on our hard disks. Now, with new Macs routinely shipping with hundreds of gigabytes of hard disk space, getting rid of files is no longer an issue because we have plenty of room to store everything.
Of course, this kind of digital pack-rat behavior leads to a completely different problem: finding things.
