I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Tinkercad Is a
Mesh Repairer
An STL file is not necessarily 3D-printable. It
might have flaws such as reversed faces, holes
in the mesh, or overlapping vertices. There
are mesh analysis and repair programs, but
Tinkercad automatically inspects and repairs
meshes upon import. So, if you’re having trouble
printing an STL file, try importing it into Tinkercad
and then exporting it back out.
Tinkercad cannot repair badly damaged mesh
files. Sometimes it fixes some flaws but not
others. Know that all mesh repair programs,
including Tinkercad, might affect the design in
