
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
• If the robot arm gets
stuck in a weird position,
add a new “when [green
flag] clicked” stack with a
“switch costume” block.
Set it to the first costume,
so you can always stop the
program and reset the arm.
• If you don’t like where the sprites are moving, you can go back and
drag objects around in the backdrop, including the robot body.
GO BEYOND
• Go to the Sound block menu (violet) and insert some sound
effects from Scratch’s sound library. For example, you can
add a block that says “play [Low Swoosh] until done” to the
Cube sprite’s “broadcast message” stack of code.
