■ Set up access to policy and strategic information.
■ When strategic initiatives are not as successful as expected, help to analyse
why; particularly to differentiate between a poor strategic idea and the poor
implementation of a good one.
■ Provide strategic oversight to the SRO, informing the programme or project
when policy or strategy changes.
■ Be responsible for team objectives, one-to-one reviews and evaluation, and
continual improvement of the P3O service.
■ Be responsible for workload management of the team and prioritization of
