So far, we’ve talked primarily about AI risk, including strategies and frameworks for managing that risk. What we need to look at now is how this can be addressed as a more joined-up part of the organisation. A risk regime doesn’t stand alone, after all: it should be part of a larger organisational structure to not only manage the risk but also take advantage of opportunities, streamline processes and press towards business objectives.
This is what we mean when we talk about a management system.
