I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Creating an Initial Iteration Plan
An initial iteration plan breaks down your project into fixed time durations and tentatively schedules features for each iteration. The iterations that you can specify in your project are simply labels and have no relation to any particular block of time or duration. For this reason, many organizations change their iteration-naming conventions to include the data ranges the iteration covers. For example, instead of having Iteration 1, organizations would change the name of the iteration to "Iteration1 – Dec18–Dec29". Even when doing this, Visual Studio Team System will still not understand that all requirements assigned to Iteration 1 – Dec18–Dec29 must be performed during that block of time in the calendar. ...
