It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

핸들러가 정의되지 않았
다면, 이 오류는 트랜잭션의 에러 핸들러에 잡히도록 전파될 것입니다. 트랜잭션
도 에러 핸들러를 가지고 있지 않다면, 에러는 데이터베이스 객체의 에러 핸들러
에 잡히도록 위로 전파 될 것입니다.
이러한 작동 방식으로 인해 매 요청 및 트랜잭션마다 별도의 에러 핸들러를 정의
하는 대신, 데이터베이스 객체에서 하나의 에러 핸들러를 작성해 공통적으로 사용
할 수 있습니다.
