Start off with the controller, implementing Post and returning 201 if the object is created, or if it returns what our internal manager sends to us.

We have no special routing, but we declare the default route to be clear. Decorate the method with HttpPost. As with Get, we return IActionResult. The model is retrieved from the request body. If you look at the code in this method, we delegate all the work to the manager. Then, we get back a result; if the manager sends us HttpStatusCode, we know that the object has been created and we return 201, created with the location of the newly created resource.
