We first amend the /etc/hosts file by adding the 127.0.0.1 test.loc line entry to it.
With the test.loc host now added to the hosts file, we turn back to the Zend Server and click on the Add virtual host button under the Applications | Virtual Hosts screen. This takes us to the Properties step of the Add Virtual Host process:

Here we enter test.loc for Virtual Host Name and 80 for Listen on Port. Clicking on the Next button takes us to the SSL Configuration step of the Add Virtual Host process:
