In this appendix, we will give examples of the various resources you can use to become a Splunk master, from certification tracks, to the company's website and support portal, as well as everything in between. We will also walk you through the process of obtaining a copy of the latest version of Splunk and its default installation. Finally, we will discuss some ideas to set up an environment that is conducive to personal research and practice.
