It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

CDP and Veeam Cloud Connect
Veeam Backup & Replication v12 has a great feature called Continuous Data Protection (CDP), which will be the focus of this chapter, along with touching on Veeam Cloud Connect (VCC). We will investigate how to use CDP on VMware Cloud Director (vCD) within VCC. Next, you will learn how to leverage CDP to set disaster recovery from vCD to vCD. Finally, we will look at Veeam Cloud Connect, including the new Instant VM Recovery feature.
By the end of this chapter, you will have discovered how CDP works with vCD in a VCC environment. You will also be able to explain how you can use CDP to send data from one vCD to another vCD. You will also know more about VCC, including the Instant VM Recovery feature.
