I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Registry keys
Almost anything inside the Windows operating system (as well as your applications) can be manipulated by creating or updating Registry keys and values. Once again, Group Policy preferences come to the rescue and give us a centralized platform to push these registry settings out to our workforce. You begin configuration of a registry value preference setting in one of these locations:
- Computer Configuration | Preferences | Windows Settings | Registry
- User Configuration | Preferences | Windows Settings | Registry
